Low Fat Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

1 lbextra lean ground beef

1 clovegarlic, minced (or more to taste)

1 mediumonion, chopped fine

1/2 mediumgreen bell pepper, chopped fine

1/2 csliced mushrooms

2 cchopped fresh tomatoes with juice or 16oz can diced tomatoes

1 can(s)6 ounce tomato paste

1 tspsugar

1beef bouillon, cubes

1 tspdried basil
-
1 tspdried oregano

1/2 tspsalt
How to Make Low Fat Spaghetti Sauce
- Crumble and brown ground beef. Drain off all fat; wipe out
frying pan. - Turn beef into colander, and rinse with cold water.
Pat dry with paper towel; return to pan. - Add garlic, onion, pepper, mushrooms and cook over medium
low heat, stirring as necessary until veggies are soft. - Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Add seasonings and simmer until hot throughout. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve over pasta with low fat Parmesan sprinkled over.
