Ingredients For ham and noodle casserole

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 conion, chopped

1/2 lbwide egg noodles, cooked al dente and drained

1/2 csour cream
-
2eggs, beaten
-
2 ccooked ham, chopped

1/2 tspcaraway seeds
-
1 pinchground mace
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 cmilk
-
3/4 cbuttered panko crumbs
How To Make ham and noodle casserole

1Butter a 2 quart casserole. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Cook onion in the butter to soften.

3Add the cooked, drained noodles to the pan and stir to coat well.

4Add the sour cream and beaten eggs, stirring to mix.

5Mix in the ham, caraway seeds, mace and pepper.

6Add the milk to lighten the mixture.

7Turn into prepared casserole. Top with bread crumbs .

8Bake 40-45 minutes.
