Ingredients For enchilada stuffed shells

  • 20
    uncooked large pasta shells
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 can
    (10oz) enchilda sauce, mild
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 can
    (15oz) fat-free refried beans
  • 1 c
    shredded mexican cheese blend

How To Make enchilada stuffed shells

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain and rinse in cold water. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil, set aside.

    Cook hamburger until browned; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, seasonings and beans.
  • 3
    Place a rounded tablespoon of mixture in each pasta shell, then place in a 13x9 inch pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
