Caprese Pasta Sauce - Easy Peasy, Quick and Easy

Barbara Scott

This is my take on classic Caprese sauce. When you come home from work late, or just don't feel like cooking a big meal, this really hits the spot. My family loves when I cook this dish. I hope your family enjoys it too.

How to Make Caprese Pasta Sauce - Easy Peasy, Quick and Easy

  1. Cook pasta to desired consistency, reserving 1 cup of the water for later, if needed.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except cubed Mozzerella cheese. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Drain pasta, mix in sauce, and add Mozzerella cubes. Stir and mix well. Serve immediately.

Use pasta water if too dry, but I doubt it will be.
