Great dinner receipe for the family or just you. You could make the broccoli mix the night before and refrigerate, and the pasta the day of your dinner.

Ingredients For broccoli and macaroni

  • 1lb
    pasta of choice
  • 2 cubes lg
    chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • c
    water to cover broccoli
  • 4-5 clove
    garlic
  • 1-2 bag
    frozen broccoli florets
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    evoo
  • Pinches of
    salt, pepper, hot pepper
  • Tbsp
    parmesan cheese

How To Make broccoli and macaroni

    In a pot sauté your garlic and oil. Add your broccoli florets and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Add chicken bouillon cubes and reduce heat. Throw in your butter and mix well.

    In another pot boil water for pasta. When pasta is done, put a couple of ladel filled with pasta water in your broccoli mix. Drain pasta and put in large pasta bowl. Now add your broccoli mix and mix well. The bouillon cubes will give the salt but you can add salt, pepper and/or hot pepper to taste.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and....Enjoy!
