Perfect for these hot summer nights! Goes together quickly and not too heavy! Serving it tonight along side some grilled BBQ pork chops.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Fresh and satisfying, creamy and crunchy! We love the bacon flavor (of course) and are thinking about adding grilled chicken the next time we make it! Yum. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

How to Make Bacon & Tomato Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. In large bowl, combine pasta, green onions, tomatoes and celery. (I didn't have celery today, so I used celery seed instead)
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper, then pour over pasta mixture. Cover and chill.
  4. Just before serving, add bacon.
