You would be amazed how good this burger is. It takes a lot of time but it' s worth it. Try it I'm sure you will like it.

Ingredients For veggie burgers

  • 1 lg
    red onion
  • 1 lg
    bell pepper
  • 3
    carrots
  • 1 sm
    head cauliflower
  • 1 lg
    stalk broccoli
  • 1 c
    almonds, soaked 12 to 24 hours
  • 1 c
    sunflower seeds, soaked 5 to 6 hours
  • 1/4 c
    sesame seeds, soaked 5 to 6 hours
  • 5 md
    garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp
    braggs to taste
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried cilantro
  • sliced mushrooms

How To Make veggie burgers

    Blend all of the above ingredients and seasonings in a food processor.

    This blended food is your patty mixture.

    Form and put 1/2" thick patties on a teflex sheets and place tray in dehydrator. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 8 to 12 hours or until desired texture is obtained.
  • 4
    Flip your burgers after 4 hours and remove teflex sheets, continue to dehydrate for 4 to 5 hours or until desired moisture is obtained.
