i create the third recipe of tiger sauce creation:baked chicken thighs in buffalo wing style in tiger sauce,the relish i made on the chicken thighs was jalapeno and banana peppers,blue cheese and tiger sauce,it so good with potatoes au gratin,macaroni and cheese,rice dressing and salad

Ingredients

  • 8 c
    bone-in,large chicken thighs with skins
  • 4 tsp
    creole seasoning
  • 2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 c
    creamy wing sauce
  • 1 c
    italian dressing
  • 1 c
    honey mustard
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    tiger sauce,divided
  • 4
    jalapeno peppers,seeded and diced
  • 2
    banana peppers,chopped
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese

How to Make Tiger Buffalo Chicken Thighs?

Step-by-Step

  1. Place chicken thighs on a large container.Season with creole seasoning and ground ginger;mix well.
  2. Combine wing sauce,itailan seasoning,honey mustard, parmesan cheese and 1 cup tiger sauce;mix together until blended.Cover and marinade for 6 hours.
  3. In a large food processor,add diced jalapenos,chopped banana peppers,crumbled blue cheese and remaining tiger sauce,grind for 3 minutes until the mixture is combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Line a baking sheet with parcement paper.Coat with cooking spray.
  5. Use a tongs to grab the chicken thighs out of the container and tranfser to a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the relish mixture on each chicken thighs.Bake in 375 for 25 minutes.Cool completely for 10 minutes.
