My Mom would put this together for a super quick, satisfying meal. Now I fix it for my vegetarian husband who enjoys it. Kids, adults, even party goers enjoy this. Once I fixed it for a girl that really hated kidney beans and she even loved it! If you detest kidney beans maybe you will enjoy them this way. Just something a little different. Nice to make for camping, beach parties, quick office lunch.

Using the potato chips as scoops, gather up a bit of cottage cheese and then beans and pop directly into mouth. It is best to keep the chips away from the beans on your plate to keep the chips from going mushy. Can use spoon to scoop up cheese & beans and pop into mouth with chips!
