I cooked a Spaghetti Squash for First Time in the Microwave this was used to make another dish and to plant seeds outside never ate it before

Put in a 8x8 pan pyrex glass microwave safe pan

Put in microwave uncovered for 8 minutes until ends can be sliced off and squash can be scraped with a fork to look like spaghetti please remember to let squash cool until it can be handled

* Need to make sure you scoop all seeds before using in a recipe can save the seeds and Roast like Pumpkin seeds or if you choose plant them to grow more Spaghetti Squash
