Ingredients For soy patties

    canned or fresh soybeans
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1
    large onion, diced
  • 1
    large garlic clove, mashed

    millet, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    miso paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketshup
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    wheatgerm
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 4
    basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    rosemary, dried
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make soy patties

    Mash soybeans

    Saute other veggies in oil.

    Cook until ingredients are dry.

    Add beaten egg, wheat germ, flour and herbs.

    Make into patties and fry in oil.
