Ingredients

  • 2
    boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 jar(s)
    chunky salsa
  • 3/4 c
    frozen corn
  • 1/2 can(s)
    pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 can(s)
    black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 can(s)
    diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1 tsp
    sugar

How to Make SLOW COOKER SALSA CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker
  2. Top with salsa, corn, beans, diced tomatoes and sugar.
  3. Cook on low about two hours
  4. Serve over rice with fresh tomatoes and sliced green onions.
