My husband worked this recipe up for a chance from my mom's stuffed pepper recipe. Turned out really well. In fact, it just might a little than my mom's recipe.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The filling for these stuffed green peppers is delicious! We found ourselves snacking on it as we stuffed the peppers. The seasoning is what makes it so special. It has a Tex-Mex flavor and the chipotle tabasco sauce gives these a nice kick. Yumm-o!
