How to Make Mother's Day Beef and Mango Compote Sammy
- place mango, water and sugar in sauce pan and reduce until thickened enough to spread
- place cheese slices on one half and roast beef on the other half, spread horseradish onto roast beef.
- then layer the rest of the ingredients equally across the middle, flip top onto bottom, cut into as many servings as desired.
