Since it's now just my husband and me, I love making these frozen TV dinners from my leftovers. It really cuts down on food waste and the dinners are a tremendous help when I'm in a time crunch. Just pop them in the oven, eat and go, no muss, no fuss! They also reduce the amount of leftover mess in my refrigerator. I can also share them with people who might need them. You can find the aluminum trays on Amazon.com and many restaurant suppliers carry them in stock. They really are a great time and money saver!
