I make this for lunch 3 times a week, its healthy and doesn't need refrigeration.
you can heat it up or eat it at room temp.
also cheap;-)

firm organic tofu
1 medium
yellow onion
1 bag(s)
frozen broccoli
1 Tbsp
red pepper flakes (optional)
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 bag(s)
frozen corn (optional)

How to Make Easy,Healthy Tofu lunch or dinner

Step-by-Step

  • 1grill and sweat the onion in oil (chopped)
  • 2chop firm tofu in bite size squares add
  • 3add broccoli and corn and red pepper flakes also salt and pepper cover on simmer 10 minutes you're done
