    louisiana crawfish tails, with fat
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • ·
    onion, garlic, bellpepper
  • ·
    bag of shredded cheese
  • ·
    1/2 small block velveeta or jalopeno cheese
  • 3 c
    cooked rice
  • ·
    fresh or can of sliced mushrooms

How to Make CRAWFISH CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. SAUTEE ONIONS, ETC IN BUTTER, ADD CRAWFISH AND FAT.
    ADD CM MUSHROOM, CORN, ROTEL
  2. CUT UP VELVEETA, STIR IN UNTIL MELTED
  3. MIX IN CASSEROLE DISH WITH RICE AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE, BAKE AT 300 TIL CHEESE MELTS
