I pulled out a Cornish Hen from the freeze and placed it in the refrigerate for a couple of days to thaw out. The day I was going to fix it, I was going to put it in the oven and bake it. Then I got to thinking about the AIR FRYER. WHY NOT!!! Instead of heating up the stove and the house, I went with the AIR FRYER!! And it was a good ideal. My bird came out golden brown with the skin brown and crispy. It was NOT DRY and NO OIL from a deep fryer. YUMMM - YUMMM!!!
