How to Make Corned beef Hash Egg cheese quesadilla


  1. Place 1 burrito shell on plate the size of shell large dinner plate that's microwave safe
  2. Add corned beef potato hash in layer
  3. Add layer of cheddar cheese
  4. Add 1 Egg,splash of milk enough to scramble whisk or stir with a fork until combined
  5. Pour Egg mixture over the corned beef potato hash and cheddar cheese
  6. Cover with second burrito shell
  7. Add plate in microwave cover if desired microwave for 2- 3 minutes until egg cheese melts and hash is heated through
