I recieved this from a dear friend years ago. If you like chinese food you will love this, Its a simple dish to make and Im sure you will like it.

  • 1 lb
  • 1 c
    rice, instant and uncooked
  • 1 c
  • 1 large
    onions, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 pkg
    chow mein noodles
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup

How to Make Chinese Beef


  1. Brown hamburger and place in bottom of a bakeing dish. Cover with rice. Add bean sprouts,onion.celery.Mix the two soups together and pour over the above. Add 1 cup of water.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees til the rice is soft.Cook covered. Pour chow mein noodles on top of this and bake another 15 minutes.
