    ground chuck, browned and drained

    small onion, chopped

    rotel tomatoes & green chilies

    pinto beans

    great northern beans
  • 1 can(s)
    white shoepeg corn
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed tomatoes, large

    envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 bottle
    taco sauce, hot

How to Make Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and simmer on low for at least one hour. Best if simmered 2-3 hours.

    To serve, line bowl with Fritos, add soup, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
