almost fat free turkey meatloaf

I absolutely love this recipe for turkey meatloaf! It is a very easy recipe and if you have children they'll love helping to squish everything together with their hands! It's almost fat free, packed with protein and delicious! I like to eat mine with fire roasted mushrooms. 99% fat free ground turkey can taste a bit dry so having a sauce or porous vegetable to eat it with is highly suggested. I have come to love using turkey in my recipes for it's low fat, high protein properties. And of course because it tastes good! WEIGHT WATCHERS : 1 SERVING = 1 POINT
