    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed

    onion, chopped

    celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 lb
    tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • ·
    pepper
  • ·
    salt
  • 6
    croutons

How to Make RANE IN GUAZZETTO

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute garlic, onion, and celery stalks in olive oil until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook 12 minutes over medium.
  3. Lightly dust frogs legs with flour and brown in butter in a separate pan.
  4. Add tomato mixture to frogs legs and cook over medium 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with croutons.
