Ingredients For rabbit cacciatore

2rabbits,cut up

15 ozsliced mushrooms

1 mdonion, sliced

15 oztomato sauce
-
1/4 cflour
-
garlic salt, to taste

black pepper
-
2 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 tsporegano, dried

1/4 tspground garlic
-
1 mdgreen pepper, sliced into strips

1rib of celery, chopped
-
1 1/2 ozripe, sliced black olives
How To Make rabbit cacciatore

1Shake the rabbit pieces in a bag with flour, salt and pepper. In a large skillet saute the pieces in oil until golden brown.

2Add the remaining ingredients, except for the olives. Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 hr., or until the rabbit is tender.

3Stir in black olives simmer 10 mins. more. Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
