Ingredients For cinnamon-apple pork chops

4boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)

2 Tbspreduced-fat butter, divided

2-3 Tbspbrown sugar (to taste)

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspground nutmeg

1/4 tspsalt

4 mdtart apples, thinly sliced

2 Tbspchopped pecans
How To Make cinnamon-apple pork chops

1In a large skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in 1 tablespoon butter for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160°. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

2Remove chops and keep warm.

3Add the apples, pecans, brown sugar mixture and remaining butter to the pan; cook and stir until apples are tender.
