How to Make Egyptian Fried Shrimp
- 1Mix the garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, chilli and lemon in a large bowl then add the shrimps and mix well (leave it for at least 10 minutes to a maximum 2 hours
- 2Heat the oil (it needs to be hot otherwise the shrimps is going to be very oily).
- 3Fry the shrimps in batches for 2-3 minutes till nicely golden in color (don’t over load the pan) place on a paper towel to absorb any extra oil.
- 4Serve it with warm pita bread, some green salad and tahini sauce.
