- In a large skillet, melt butter with the olive oil...(this will prevent butter from burning)..on low
- add the rest of the ingredients (don't drain the clams in cans)except the parsley...cover and simmer for 15 mins..until all flavors combine and clams open.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over any pasta...or alone with crusty bread...
