pork tenderloin
2 bunch
watercress
1 Tbsp
grated orange rind
3/4 c
orange juice
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/3 c
corn syrup
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
2 tsp
vegetable oil, divided
2 large
carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
2 stalk(s)
celery, peeled and sliced diagonally
1/2 c
cashews
hot cooked rice, if desired

How to Make Orange Stir Fry

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut pork tenderloin into thin strips. Set aside.

    Combine orange rind, orange juice, cornstarch, soy sauce, corn syrup and ginger, stirring well.
  • 2Heat one teaspoon oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and celery, stir frying about 3 minutes. Remove vegetables, set aside.
  • 3Pour remaining oil into skillet. Add pork, stir fry for about 3 minutes. Return vegetables to pan, add orange juice mixture and cashews. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat, until thickened. Serve over hot rice, if desired.
