How to Make Galbi Marinade

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour into a large zipper bag. Add you meat. I like to use pork ribs, but you can use whatever you like.
  2. Gently massage each piece of meat in the marinade. Squeeze out all the air, place into a container an sit in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. The longer, the better.
  3. Start your grill and grill them up to your desired doneness.
  4. Asian Fried Cabbage
This is a really great side.
