2 medium
onions, chopped
1-(15oz) can(s)
black bean soup
1-(15oz) can(s)
black beans, rinsed and drained
1-(10oz) can(s)
fire roasted can tomatoes and green chilies
1 Tbsp
chopped jalapeno
2 Tbsp
ground cumin
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
garlic powder

How to Make Cuban Pork and Black Beans


  • 1Season tenderloins heavily with garlic powder.
  • 2In 3 1/2-6-quart slow cooker, insert plastic liner if desired, and mix together remaining ingredients.
  • 3Add tenderloins and turn to coat with sauce.
  • 4Cook on low 6-8 hours or until tender.
