It's Fat Tuesday but I'm on the Wahls Protocol Paleo diet. I wanted to fix something yummy that was within the parameters of the diet. Looked in my fridge and came up with two tastes I love that I thought might go together. I was right! We cleaned our plates.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Sometimes simple recipes are the most delicious. These Brussels sprouts are fabulous. Slightly crisp on the outside and tender inside. The hearty andouille sausage adds a nice smoky flavor and makes this is a filling main course. Even if you aren't on the paleo diet, you'll enjoy this. It's so good! The Test Kitchen
