Rustic Grilled Pizza

Edna Kidwell

We've seen different tv chef's Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri make pizza on the grill. My husband thought it sounded good and tried it, it was really good!!!!! He has a decent sized garden so he went pickin'. We made it together and it was really fun to make as well. Use any kind of toppings your family enjoys and have fun making this for dinner.

Place dough on pre-heated grill with grill turned to low. for approximately 5 to 6 minutes. With 2 spatulas turn dough over and add toppings. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Carefully move pizza back to the foiled sheet move to higher shelf of the grill for about 10 minutes. This will finish off the baking and melt the cheese.
