Ingredients For orange and tarragon flavored meat sauce

  • 500 g
    minced beef (or 50/50 beef/pork)
  • 2 lg
    yellow onions
  • 1 tsp
    tarragon, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    concentrated orange juice
  • 1
    stock cube (vegetable, beef, pork)
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard, unsweetened (dijon)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml
    water

How To Make orange and tarragon flavored meat sauce

    Fry everything and mix together. Dilute with water to the desired thickness. Let it simmer for a while.

    Serve with pasta or rice and some vegetables

    INFORMATION: I have used a couple of fresh oranges when I was out of concentrated juice. But then I did not add water. It worked, but it became a totally new sauce. Also nice.
