1Pour oil in large frying pan and heat. Sprinkle tilapia with salt and pepper. Cover fillets in flour, shake off excess. Place fillets in hot pan, skin side up; lightly brown 3 to 4 minutes. Turn fillets over with spatula; brown other side 3 to 4 minutes.
2White Butter Sauce With Fresh Herbs:
Heat wine in skillet. Add lemon juice, basil, dill and parsley. Add butter and remove from heat. Melt butter in mixture. Pour over cooked fillets and serve.
