I'm not sure where I found this recipe, but I'm so glad I did! These are very simple to make and so delicious, you'll never miss fried fish! We're do not diet nor are we watching calories, or frankly do we even worry at all about healthy eating in this house, but still, we love this fish, and I'm always surprised I'm eating baked fish!
