I love using lemon juice, I always add extra in every recipe because I just like it. So I also add a little bit of lemon juice to the salmon after I pour the sauce over it right before I wrap it up in the tin foil. But it's not necessary :)

Ingredients For lemon maple salmon

  • 1/2 Tbsp
    molasses

    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey (i used sunflower honey)
  • 1 c
    maple syrup
  • 1
    salmon
  • 1 Tbsp
alcohol (i had a wine cooler on hand so that's what i used. the alcohol is just so the ingredients mix together easier)

How To Make lemon maple salmon

  • 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients (except salmon) and mix thoroughly.

Bake for 35-45 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
  • 4
When done, pour the juices left in the foil over the top of the salmon and serve.
