When I was a kid we lived on a lake and was always fishing. The lake mostly was full of Blue Gills. Sometimes they would be pretty small but we would have a whole mess of them. My mom would roll them in this easy cornflake crust and fry them. They were so good. I now love to serve them in my fish tacos with slaw and tequila lime aioli.
