The chicken is tender and tasty and appeals to all of my picky eaters! This is a very easy mop or basting sauce to use when grilling or broiling chicken. Forgot to marinade? No need! Just combine and boil the simple, tangy sauce, baste, cook, and viola! Your family will ask you to make this a regular part of your meal planning. And it is so simple and fast using regular staple items in your cupboard it is an easy weeknight meal. We serve it with a side of rice and edamame.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Simple ingredients make this zesty grilled chicken so good. The salty and tangy sauce is brushed on while cooking and infuses into the meat. Apple cider vinegar helps to make the chicken tender. Enjoy these chicken breasts along with a side dish for a summer dinner. Or, add to a salad for flavorful lunch. If you don't normally like chicken breasts, we think with this sauce this chicken will end up on your weekly summer menu.
