Blue Ribbon Recipe

The recipe fits its name! This chicken is flavorful and succulent which can be difficult to accomplish with boneless chicken breasts. The marinade imparts great flavor and tenderizes the meat. Continuously basting while the chicken bakes is a great trick that keeps the chicken coated so it's moist and doesn't dry out. And, it makes the chicken full of flavor. A great formula for oven-baked chicken breasts.
