Ingredients

  • 8
    assorted pieces of chicken, skinned
  • 2 c
    Corn Flake crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat buttermilk (can sub regular milk)

How to Make Oven Fried Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine Corn Flake crumbs and seasonings in a plastic bag, mixing well.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in milk and roll in crumb mixture, shaking to coat.
  3. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
