1cooked rotisserie chicken, skin and debone, cut chicken into bite size pieces

1In a large skillet saute onion in oil for 3 minutes until tender. Add beans, tomatoes and seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; add chicken.

2Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is heated through. Serve chicken and beans over hot rice.
