Blue Ribbon Recipe

Everyone will be impressed with this juicy BBQ chicken. It's moist, flavorful, and easy to make. The brine tenderizes and seasons the chicken so the meat has a nice flavor all the way through. Quickly flipping the chicken a few times helps to hold in the juices so it has time to bake without drying out. Basting with your favorite barbecue sauce at the end adds a pop of flavor. Yum!
