How to Make Chicken Salad Pie
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the pie shells for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Mix chicken, eggs, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Pour into pie crusts. Cover with cheese and top with potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes
