Ingredients

deep dish pie shells

chicken breast halves, cooked, boned and diced
3 large
hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c
chopped celery
1/2 can(s)
water chestnuts, diced
1/2 c
hellmanns or best brand mayonaise
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
salt and white pepper, to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
c
grated cheddar cheese
5 1/2 oz
potato chips, chrushed

How to Make Chicken Salad Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the pie shells for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • 2Mix chicken, eggs, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • 3Pour into pie crusts. Cover with cheese and top with potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes
