I took someone else's recipe and made it into this. My husband loved it, couldn't get over how easy it was to prepare and cook.

Ingredients For chicken and sausage fajitas

1 pkgsmoked sausage, chopped

4-5potatoes, chopped

1-2bell peppers, sliced; red and green

1 lgonion, sliced

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 pkgfajita seasoning
-
3 lgskinless, boneless, chicken breasts, sliced

1 pkgflour tortillas

1 smjar, banana peppers
How To Make chicken and sausage fajitas

1Chop the potatoes, sausage. Slice the peppers, onions, and chicken. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl, coat well with the olive oil.

2Place the ingredients either in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan, or a large greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the fajita mix all over. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

3You can warm the tortillas in a non stick pan, for a minute on each side. I add sour cream and salsa to my fajitas. You can add or take away what you don't like. This recipe is very versatile.
