Ingredients For chicken and rice casserole

2boneless chicken breast, diced

2 Tbspbutter or margarine

1 bunchbroccoli (as much or as litle as you like)

1/2 cdiced onion
-
6chicken bouillon cubes
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1 tspfresh garlic
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
5soup cans of water
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
2 cuncooked rice
How To Make chicken and rice casserole

1Pan-fry chicken in large pan with onions until chicken is done. Add soups, water, bouillon cubes and heat.

2Pour in 9x13 glass dish. Stir in rice. Place broccoli in dish (you can use as much as you like).

3Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes in preheated 350 F oven.
