Ingredients For chicken and rice casserole

    boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli (as much or as litle as you like)
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 6
    chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    fresh garlic
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 5
    soup cans of water
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    uncooked rice

How To Make chicken and rice casserole

    Pan-fry chicken in large pan with onions until chicken is done. Add soups, water, bouillon cubes and heat.

    Pour in 9x13 glass dish. Stir in rice. Place broccoli in dish (you can use as much as you like).

    Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes in preheated 350 F oven.
