How To Make texas picadillo

1Sauté beef, garlic, and onions in a large cast iron skillet, over medium heat, until meat is brown.

2Drain excess fat. Mix in all the other ingredients and cook covered over medium low heat 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3This may be served with refried beans, or as a filling for tacos (2 corn tortillas) or burritos (flour tortillas). Warm tortillas first.
