Ingredients For manwich sloppy joe cornbread bake

  • pam original spray
  • 1 lb
    gound beef
  • 1 can
    15oz manawich sauce
  • 1 pkg
    8.5oz corn muffin mix
  • 1/3 c
    fat free milk
  • 1/3 c
    fleischmann's original spread tube, melted
  • 1/4 c
    egg beaters original

How To Make manwich sloppy joe cornbread bake

  • 1
    Spray 8" square dish with Pam. Cook and stir beef in skillet for 7 minutes or until done. Drain, add Manwich heat until hot. Spoon into dish.

    Stir together muffin mix, milk, Fleischmann's and Egg Beaters in bowl. Spoon over beef mixture, Bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until set.
