louisville chili

Recipe by

My mom hailed from Louisville, KY and this is their version of chili. Some serve the spaghetti under the chili, but others add it in. Either way, it's delicious on a cold winter night. For company, we have "build a chili" and add guacamole, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions and black olives. Whatever your passion, this will soon be your go-to comfort food.
