Lisa is a close family friend. We had flank steak at her house one night and we LOVED the flavor. I begged her for the recipe and here it is! It's simple and delicious.

Ingredients For lisa walling's flank steak marinade

  • 2 lb
    flank steak
  • adolph's meat tenderizer
  • nature's seasoning (seasoned salt)
  • seasoned pepper
  • celery salt
  • onion salt
  • garlic salt
  • 1 bottle
    catalina salad dressing
  • worcestershire sauce

How To Make lisa walling's flank steak marinade

    Sprinkle each side of the flank steak with each of the spices (don't be afraid of all the salt - the steak will NOT be salty). Place the steak in a gallon Ziploc bag. Pour in the Catalina dressing on both sides of the steak. Liberally sprinkle each side of the steak with the Worcestershire sauce. Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Rotating it every 15 to 30 minutes.

    Grill on a hot grill with high heat for about 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
