Thought I would post this recipe... It's almost Grillin Time and Gotta have a great burger to start the BBQ Grillin Season off right !!!! The Fireman :)

Ingredients For fireman bob's fiery buffalo burgers

  • 1 lb
    buffalo ground beef - lean
  • 1 can
    tomato soup - your choice
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot sauce - i use tobasco
  • 1 c
    blue cheese - crumbled - i use boar's head brand
  • 4
    hamburger buns
  • 2 dash
    red pepper flakes - or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 sm
    onion - chopped
  • 8
    thick sliced bacon - cripy

How To Make fireman bob's fiery buffalo burgers

    Combine buffalo burger with all ingredients EXCEPT for the soup, blue cheese, bacon and hot sauce.

    Shape 4 patties and place in skillet and cook till your likeness. Remove from the pan and set aside for a moment.

    Add the soup and hot sauce to the skillet and heat on low till bubbly. Place the burgers back into the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and place on a bun and top with the blue cheese and 2 slices each of the bacon. Add your favorite condiments and serve with frys
